Sonetta’s Annual Christmas Village

Please read our rules carefully. All vendors are expected to abide by the rules herein. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from SCM and forfeiture of your rental fee. Rules are subject to change without notice. Items that are not conducive to a respectable family-friendly market are subject to removal from the premises. We ask vendors to use good judgment. If the merchandise is questionable, please do not offer it at SCM.

General Rules

• Vendors must conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner and treat all customers, fellow vendors, and staff with respect. Profanity will not be tolerated.
• No smoking is permitted in any building or outside on the campus, except for those outdoor areas specifically designated for smoking.
• No consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed on the premises.
  Walking around to sell items, or peddling, is not allowed.
• Children accompanying adult vendors must be always kept under the control and care of their parents) or guardian(s).
• No fliers may be passed out unless approved by SCM management.
• No illegal activities.
• No loud music.
• Vendors must have their own change for customers.

Prohibited Items (for sale, free, or trade)

• Handguns
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Alcohol, tobacco and vaping products.
• Fireworks and explosives.
• Illegal, copied or stolen items.
• Adult (X-rated) merchandise.
• Items with a sexual or vulgar connotation, even if not X-rated.
• Items that display profanity.
• Metaphysical items.
• Infant cribs, infant car seats, strollers, highchairs, baby toys/accessories (0-12 months).
• Live animals, unless previously approved by SCM management.
• Other items deemed inappropriate by SCM management.
